Job summary

Carrier is seeking candidates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP), a three-year, three-rotational pathway designed to develop future leaders in manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Participants will engage in front-line assignments, learn lean principles, and deploy continuous-improvement initiatives across global facilities.

Candidates should have a 2+ year background in manufacturing or related fields, be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and be willing to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or facilities management.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; GPA >= 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Engage teams and deploy initiatives across Carrier Operations to support continuous improvement.
• Rotate across three 12-month assignments in multiple states including North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Florida.
• Develop cross‑functional networks and receive mentoring from Operations leaders.
