Job summary

Carrier invites candidates to join the Operations Leadership Program (OLP), a three-year, rotation-based advancement track designed to fast‑track careers in manufacturing and operations. Participants will rotate across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida, gaining cross‑functional exposure and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Master’s degree candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program with expected graduation in 2026–2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the Carrier Operations Leadership Program (OLP) rotations.
• Complete three 12-month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.
• Relocate between rotations as required to gain broad operations exposure.
• Build a cross‑functional network and develop core manufacturing competencies.
• Help deploy continuous improvement initiatives and Carrier Excellence Certificate.
• Support global sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
