Job summary

Carrier seeks candidates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). This three-year program features three 12-month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2–3 years experience (or be enrolled in a Master’s program), be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and start in June 2027. Relocation between rotations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years and max 3 years experience in: manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction; Master’s degree candidate currently enrolled with expected graduation Spring/Summer 2027

Responsibilities

• Engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives across diverse skills to meet business and career challenges.
• Rotations across multiple locations with relocation between rotations.
• Develop a cross‑functional network and learn core manufacturing concepts and lean principles.
