RTX Corporation, headquartered in Arlington, VA, invites applications for its two-year Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) in Materials Management. You will rotate across U.S.

facilities, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure to drive supply chain performance. Participants receive training, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure while preparing to lead enterprise operations; cohorts begin June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by start date in a relevant STEM or business field.
• Willing to relocate to RTX locations across the United States for three 8-month assignments.
• Experience presenting technical/operational data to stakeholders.
• Internship/co-op or work experience in a related field.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Excel/Tableau/SQL/Power BI/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotational assignments across U.S. locations.
• Execute core duties in Materials Planning, Execution, Demand Management and Logistics.
• Communicate with engineering, supply chain, contractors, and logistics staff.
• Present deliverables and metrics during escalation calls and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction and optimization.
• Manage MRP signals and adjust reorder point logic.
• Identify shop floor process improvements to reduce costs.
• Coordinate material flow and maintain 6S workplace standards.
