Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or STEM required.
• Willing to relocate to multiple RTX locations across the United States for 3 x 8‑month assignments.
• Experience with data analytics or visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or MATLAB).

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotational assignments across various U.S. locations with new facilities and teams.
• Perform core duties in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Materials Management.
• Support day-to-day production, procurement, or planning activities in various roles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to drive continuous improvement and supply chain resiliency.
• Lead projects, manage material flow, and supervise frontline production teams.
• Participate in leadership training, mentoring, and development programs.
