Xylem invites recent graduates to join the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a three-year rotational program designed to cultivate leaders in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Participants engage in three one-year rotations across functions like Continuous Improvement, Materials Management, Purchasing and Production Planning, with leadership training and certifications along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Operations-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership potential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Commitment to a career in Operations, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to lead and work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute rotational assignments across Operations and Procurement-Supply Chain.
• Achieve performance goals, manage budgets, and meet KPIs during rotations.
• Engage in training and leadership development, including certifications.
• Apply analytical skills to address operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in performance evaluations.
• Contribute to Watermark initiatives and company volunteer activities.
