RRD's Associate - Operations-Leadership program is a full-time, twelve-month training path designed to prepare you for an operational leadership role in one of our manufacturing facilities across the United States. In Pittsburgh, PA, the February 2027 cohort start offers exposure to six core plant functions and hands-on rotations.

You will rotate through production, logistics, administration, HR, and finance, shadow roles, attend meetings, and learn by doing under Plant Leaders' guidance; strong

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing or related fields is required or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus

Mansioni

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations to complete each phase.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions and seize learning opportunities as they arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read publications about print and manufacturing to deepen industry knowledge.
