Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking candidates for an Associate - Operations-Leadership program, a full-time, twelve-month training track to prepare you for an operational leadership role in one of our manufacturing facilities across the United States.

The Philadelphia cohort starts in February 2027 and offers hands-on rotations through manufacturing, logistics, administration, HR, and finance, with guidance from Plant Leaders to learn the complete set of processes used at RRD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of printing process is a plus.
• High energy and customer service orientation.
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions as learning opportunities arise.
• Attend plant meetings internal and external.
• Read publications about the print and manufacturing industries to deepen understanding.
