Job summary

RRD Company in Columbia, SC is launching an Operations Leadership Associate Development Program. This full-time, entry-level role runs a twelve-month training track across manufacturing functions and prepares you for future plant leadership.

You will rotate through manufacturing, logistics, administration, human resources, and finance, gaining hands-on experience and working with Plant Leaders on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in manufacturing is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and six core plant functions (manufacturing, logistics, operations, admin, HR, finance).
• Shadow roles and perform in rotations to complete each step.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions as learning opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to expand manufacturing knowledge.
