Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a recent graduate for the Operations Development Specialist role, part of a three-year U.S. rotational leadership program across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain.

In years one and two you rotate to different locations to work on lean initiatives and key plant metrics; year three leads a team in a chosen area at a third site. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
• Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee) as this position requires export controls.
