White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee in Illinois to participate in a 12–18 month development program. You will rotate through branch operations, receive on-the-job training, and partner with leadership to develop the skills needed for future operations roles.

The program emphasizes leadership development, customer-focused problem solving, and exposure to senior leadership. Relocation is encouraged and a strong operations mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Relocate upon completing the program.
• Start the program between March and June.
• Energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with experience leading or building a team.
