Job summary

Donaldson invites recent graduates to join the Operations Development Program, a three-year rotational leadership development program spanning manufacturing operations, engineering and supply chain. ODS roles begin with hands-on assignments in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain across two U.S. locations in years one and two.

In year three, the ODS advances to a leadership role at a third U.S. plant, with relocation support for each rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willing to rotate to new U.S. locations for three years.
• Must be a U.S. person due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three-year rotational program across manufacturing operations.
• Rotate yearly to new U.S. locations.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost with lean principles.
• Potential path to leadership roles after rotations.
