Transocean is seeking an experienced Driller for the Offshore Drilling Group in Houston, TX. Operate drilling equipment per the well program and SID, while promoting Transocean core values and safety standards.

You will supervise the rig crew, participate in safety meetings, and complete required training and certifications. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company and international projects.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Military discharge preferred for U.S. personnel.
• Trade school or university training relevant to drilling is preferred.
• Valid medical and vaccination certificates required.
• Successful completion of at least one D-CAP Assessment (Onshore or Offshore).
• Knowledge of technical calculations for safe drilling operations.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Valid Well Control certificate per training matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Operate drilling equipment as per well program and SID.
• Promote Transocean core values on the rig.
• Supervise drill crew including Assistant Driller and Derrickhand.
• Attend required safety and operational meetings.
• Complete required training and maintain records.
• Follow control of work processes and emergency procedures.
