Job summary

Encore Global is launching the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) designed for new graduates entering operations management or sales within our nationwide network of venues. Trainees rotate through Technical, Operations, and Sales roles, with hands-on learning in real venues and instructor-led sessions at our Chicago corporate office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or preferred in Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field.
• At least 1 year of related professional work experience or internships; management/operations/hospitality is a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with potential for promotion.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and customer-satisfaction focus.
• Technical aptitude with exposure to new technology.
• Willingness to work at hotel locations in major metro markets.
• Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor operations in an Operations Manager role focusing on service excellence, staff leadership, and performance development.
• Guide customers through event experiences in a Sales Manager role to meet goals and maximize revenue.
• Participate in rotations across Technical, Operations, and Sales tracks during training.
• Complete certifications through Encore University Academies – Leadership, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Service.
