Standard Electric Company, part of Sonepar's training program, offers a rotational path for new graduates through operations, sales, and analytics. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured career development.

You will rotate across Warehouse, Inside Sales, Analytics, and Outside Sales, traveling to locations for hands-on learning and networking, while presenting strategic projects to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Gain experience through a structured rotational program across key areas.
• Rotations include Warehouse/Distribution Operations, Inside Sales, Analytics, Outside Sales.
• Travel to company locations for networking and learning opportunities.
• Present strategic projects and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Learn from experienced leaders and participate in workshops.
