Qualifications
- Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.
- Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Supporting sales initiatives by assisting with advisor outreach, lead generation, and follow‑up activities
- Collaborating with team members to improve sales processes and enhance the overall advisor experience
- Conducting basic data analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth
- Helping troubleshoot advisor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Contributing to program strategy and execution
- Contributing to reporting efforts, tracking performance metrics and preparing summaries for leadership
