Job summary

Siemens is launching a two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program within its Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The program starts in early July 2027 and requires four, six‑month rotations at different U.S.

manufacturing locations, including Grand Prairie TX, Fort Worth TX, Broken Arrow OK, and others. You will gain hands-on experience across manufacturing areas, develop technical and leadership skills through assignments, mentorship, networking, and

Qualifications

• Eligibility to begin full-time employment in July 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field as listed.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Contribute to manufacturing processes and operations during rotations.
• Help drive manufacturing excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams during rotations.
