Job summary

Siemens is seeking new graduates to join a two-year Operations Leadership Development Program within the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. Start date January 2027, you will relocate for four six-month rotations across U.S.

manufacturing facilities including Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Pendergrass, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; Pomona, CA. Participants gain hands-on experience across manufacturing processes, supply chain, digitalization, and leadership

Qualifications

• Eligibility: early career, complete required credentials before start date.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/SCM fields.
• Available to start full-time in Jan 2027.
• Willingness to relocate domestically for rotations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage in diverse projects across four rotations (6 months each) at Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Improve processes, drive sustainability, and propose efficient solutions.
• Lead and coordinate workflows while supporting teams.
