Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related engineering or manufacturing field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities, each six months long
• Assist in manufacturing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
• Support manufacturing teams in production, supply chain, and logistics during rotations
• Gain exposure to multiple facets of the Electrical Products business and leadership development opportunities
