Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking new graduates to join its two-year Operations Leadership Development Program in July 2027. The program requires four six-month rotations at various U.S. manufacturing facilities, including Grand Prairie, TX and Fort Worth, TX.

Relocation for rotations is provided, with opportunities to build hands-on manufacturing experience and develop technical and leadership skills. Participants will engage in diverse projects, drive process improvements, and explore different

Qualifications

• Must be able to relocate domestically for each rotation.
• Available to begin full-time employment in early July 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related programs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities, each six months.
• Contribute to manufacturing process improvements and operational excellence.
• Lead and coordinate diverse projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Support adoption of new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations.
• Tackle complex challenges and drive sustainable solutions.
