Job summary

Siemens invites new graduates to join the two-year Operations Leadership Development Program in our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. You will rotate through four six-month assignments at U.S.

manufacturing facilities, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and digitalization initiatives. Starting July 2027, you'll relocate for each rotation (locations include Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Pendergrass, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA;

Qualifications

• Eligibility: this Leadership Development Program is for individuals starting their professional careers; will complete credentials before start date.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related programs.
• Available to begin full-time employment in early July 2027.
• Must relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required; relocation assistance provided if relocation >50 miles from permanent address.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsor.
• Preferred: prior internship/work in manufacturing; prior Siemens exposure; leadership or cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations (each six months) at different Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Improve processes, drive sustainability, and implement efficient solutions across rotations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop skills and contribute to the business.
