Siemens is seeking new graduates to join the two‑year Operations Leadership Development Program within Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products. The start date is January 2027, and you will relocate for four six‑month rotations at facilities nationwide, including Pomona, CA.

You will gain hands‑on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and digitalization initiatives, with mentorship, networking, and development opportunities to accelerate your leadership path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before program start.
• Available to begin full‑time employment in January 2027.
• Must be willing to relocate domestically for each rotation and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in four six‑month rotations across Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Drive process improvements, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with teams and challenge peers and leadership to think ahead.
• Contribute to meeting targets and support customer success during rotations.
