Qualifications

Eligible for new graduates starting July 2027.
Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering or related programs.
Willing to relocate for four rotations and travel as required by the program.

Responsibilities

Contribute to diverse projects across four 6‑month rotations at Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
Help improve processes, drive sustainability, and implement efficient solutions.
Engage with cross‑functional teams and leadership to influence operations.
Participate in manufacturing startup areas and mentor relationships.
Develop technical and professional skills through mentorship and networking.
