Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a driven MBA candidate for a three-year Leadership Development Program in the United States. You will rotate across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Digital, Medical, Strategy and more, gaining broad exposure to the commercial pharma engine and leadership governance.

You will develop strategic disease-area insights, contribute to brand and pricing strategies, and learn financial valuation and forecasting through hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA candidate expected to complete by Spring 2027.
• Willingness and ability to relocate.
• Prior work in pharma/commercial areas preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-year Leadership Development Program with three rotations.
• Begin with a Sales rotation to understand field-based commercial engine and customer relationships.
• Rotate through Marketing, Market Access, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, and more.
• Develop long-term strategic views of disease-area portfolios and brand strategies.
• Support pricing strategies, price-potential assessments, and pricing research.
• Coordinate budgets and strategic plans, including leadership-team presentations.
