Job summary

Sanofi's One Sanofi Leadership Development Program is a three-year, rotation-based program designed to develop future leaders. The first Sales rotation builds customer-facing experience, with subsequent rotations anchored in Specialty Care, Vaccines, or General Medicines, at Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ, based on business needs.

Participants relocate as needed and gain broad exposure to commercial strategy and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in progress expected to complete by Spring 2027.
• Willingness to relocate; Sales will be first rotation and may require relocation, with subsequent rotations at headquarters.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio.
• Contribute to the development and execution of a brand strategy and tactical plan.
• Support pricing strategy development across indications for brands.
• Refine price potential assessments; conduct pricing research in major markets.
• Coordinate budget and strategic planning; prepare Leadership team presentations.
• Develop materials for internal governance reviews; share best practices across markets.
• Develop and track programs, tactics, and KPIs for a brand.
• Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics.
• Contribute to analytical projects (pricing, forecasting, market models).
• Participate in business development activities including diligence, modeling, and deal negotiation.
• Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis of new opportunities.
