Job summary

Sanofi is seeking candidates for its One Sanofi Leadership Development Program in Cambridge, MA. The program spans three years with three commercial or related rotations across Specialty Care, Vaccines, or General Medicines, starting with a Sales rotation that may require relocation.

Rotations are conducted at headquarters locations in Cambridge, MA and Morristown, NJ, with placement based on business needs and opportunities for global exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress MBA with expected Spring 2027
• Strong leadership potential and strategic mindset for a multi-rotation program
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio
• Contribute to brand strategy and tactical plans to support it
• Support development of optimal pricing strategy across indications
• Refine price potential assessments and research pricing strategies in major markets
• Coordinate budgets and strategic planning, including leadership presentations
• Build materials for internal governance reviews and share best practices across markets
