Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA candidate with expected completion by Spring 2027.
• Willingness to relocate; Sales rotation may require relocation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to present insights.
• Ability to collaborate across boundaries and take smart risks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three-year Leadership Development Program with three commercial rotations.
• Begin with a Sales rotation to gain field-based understanding of the commercial engine and customer relationships.
• Complete rotations in Marketing, Market Access, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, Business Development, and other units.
• Develop a long-term strategic view of disease-area portfolios.
• Contribute to brand strategy and tactical plan development and execution.
• Support pricing strategy development and pricing-potential assessments.
• Coordinate budgets and strategic planning, including leadership-team presentations.
• Build materials and support internal governance reviews.
• Identify and communicate best practices across markets and functions.
• Develop and track programs, tactics, and KPIs for a brand.
• Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics.
• Contribute to pricing, market-modeling, forecasting, analytical, and strategic projects.
• Drive business development activities including diligence, modeling, business-case development, research, and deal negotiation.
• Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis of new opportunities.
