Job summary

Johnson Controls invites you to join an 18-month Engineering Training Program with four rotational assignments across engineering and business functions. You will gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to top industry talent as you contribute to smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings.

Rotations may occur across Milwaukee, WI and other U.S. facilities; this is an on-site role requiring in-person work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• Willingness to relocate and rotate across US locations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership potential.
• Experience with data analysis or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, and product development.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders while developing problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities and travel as required.
