Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or related field.
• Willingness to relocate and travel across the United States and internationally as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and a drive for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and drive impact.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts while developing problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects, provide status updates, and deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at assigned Johnson Controls facility and may rotate to other U.S. locations.
