Worley’s Graduate Development Rotational Program accelerates growth for high-potential early career professionals through two structured rotations across engineering, project services, and field operations.

Under experienced mentors, graduates apply academic knowledge to real-world projects, build technical and commercial acumen, and develop leadership capabilities in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering, project delivery, construction experience or related technical environment.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to field of study (engineering, management, construction, supply chain, environmental).
• Ability to apply classroom learning to real-world problems.
• Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to discipline.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions across the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline activities during rotations (engineering design, project controls, construction/field services).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documents and schedules.
