Worley invites applications for its Graduate Development Rotational Program in the United States. Over two years, you'll rotate through engineering, project delivery, and construction, gaining hands-on experience in office and field environments.

You'll work under mentors to apply your academic knowledge, develop technical and leadership skills, and contribute to diverse, high-impact projects while building a long-term career with Worley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, supply chain, or environmental fields.
• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering, project delivery, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions across the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities in rotation (Engineering, Project Services, Construction/Field).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities.
• Identify issues or risks and elevate as appropriate.
• Apply health, safety, environmental and quality standards across activities.
• Engage in structured learning, mentorship, and regular feedback.
• Undertake other responsibilities as required.
