Worley Group, Inc. offers a two-year Graduate Development Rotational Program designed to accelerate growth through hands-on experience across engineering and project delivery, project services, and construction.

Participants rotate through disciplines and work in office and field environments to gain practical, cross-functional exposure. Under mentorship, graduates apply academic knowledge to real-world projects while building skills in technical excellence, safety, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related technical environment.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study (engineering, project management, construction, etc.).
• Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to your discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist in project documentation and reviews.
• Participate in meetings, design reviews, and site activities to ensure alignment with objectives and safety standards.
