Job summary

Worley invites graduates to join a structured 2-year Graduate Development Rotational Program designed to accelerate growth through hands-on experiences in engineering and project delivery. Participants rotate across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction, gaining exposure to office and field environments while developing technical, commercial and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related fields.
• Foundational knowledge aligned to engineering or project lifecycle disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to apply learning to real-world problems.
• Exposure to industry tools or software relevant to engineering and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete rotations across key functions to gain practical experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, project managers, and field personnel.
• Assist in project documentation, reports, schedules and vendor deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, site activities and risk management as needed.
