Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Environmental, or a related field.
• Academic focus aligned to one or more areas of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining practical experience across the full project lifecycle from concept through execution and handover.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during each rotation, including engineering studies, project controls, and field execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, building strong working relationships with engineers, project managers, and field personnel.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documents, schedules, and vendor/contractor deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews to ensure alignment with safety and quality standards.
