Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast to accelerate the development of recent graduates into leaders. You will rotate through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles, tackling inspections, troubleshooting, and training with mentors.

Based in the Northeast with 30-60% travel, you will work from an in-home office, collaborating with leaders to drive value for customers and the business while developing leadership and technical skills in a two-year

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills including communication skills both verbal and written, ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
Time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities and commitments.
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
