Job summary

GAF in the Northeast region is recruiting for a Field Services Rotational Associate. The two-year program develops recent graduates into leaders who will work on major projects, inspections, and technical training with mentors and a dedicated manager.

Expect rotations in Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles, with travel 30-60% to customers and events. The role requires a in-home office setup and collaboration across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
