Job summary

GAF in the Northeast region seeks a Field Services Rotational Associate to accelerate leadership development through cross‑functional roofing projects for commercial and residential products.

You will rotate across Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles, perform inspections, troubleshoot leaks, and train partners while traveling up to 60% to support customers and events over a 2‑year program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing.
• Knowledge of roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests and formulate a productive schedule.
• Assist in problem resolution and communications with GAF and customers.
• Support rotations across Field Services, coatings, and design rotations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management

Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment

Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products
