Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate for the Northeast region. The program accelerates graduates into leadership by rotating through Field Services rotations, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles.

Expect travel up to 60% with an in-home office and dedicated mentorship to build leadership and technical skills. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, prior construction/roofing experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist roof inspections across residential and commercial sites
• Support rotation in Field Services, coatings, and roofing principles
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and territory managers
• Participate in safety training and adhere to job site practices
• Develop leadership and technical skills under mentorship
