Job summary

Phillips Medisize is launching an 18-month Engineering Rotational Program across multiple locations in the United States. Participants will rotate every six months among engineering disciplines to gain broad exposure and identify a specialization, while receiving mentorship and structured development.

Ideal candidates are current engineering students or early-career engineers with internship or co-op experience, readiness to relocate, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree or alternative program.
• Internship/Co-Op/Work Experience in Engineering
• Must be willing to move every 6 months to a new location
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support engineering efforts by leading projects, executing testing, generating models, engineering changes, creating and updating technical documents.
• Provide technical support to engineering teams as well as manufacturing and quality as needed.
• Participate in design verification activities to ensure design/process meets customer needs.
• Develop and modify elements of new processes.
• Participate in meetings with different functional teams as needed.
• Proactively seek information and feedback on current assignment and build cross-functional relationships.
