Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, seeks Rotational Engineers for January and July 2027 across the United States. The 18-month program includes three 6-month rotations with mentoring, hands-on projects, and exposure to engineering, testing, documentation, and process improvements.

You will rotate through different sites, collaborating with supervisors and peers to accelerate your knowledge and career growth in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree or alternative program.
• Internship/Co-Op/Work Experience in Engineering
• Must be willing to move every 6 months to a new location
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering efforts by leading projects, testing, modeling, and documenting changes.
• Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Participate in design verification and process development.
• Help develop new processes and contribute to team meetings.
