Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, is launching an Engineering Rotational Program in the United States. The program lasts 18 months and includes three 6‑month rotations at multiple Phillips Medisize locations.

You will gain broad exposure, paired with a supervisor and mentor, while supporting engineering projects, testing, documentation, and design verification. Applicants should be pursuing an engineering degree and be eligible for full‑time work in Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree or related program.
• Internship/Co‑Op/Work Experience in Engineering preferred.
• Must be willing to move every 6 months to a new location.
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and execute testing to support engineering efforts.
• Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing and quality teams as needed.
• Participate in design verification activities to ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop and modify elements of new processes.
• Attend cross‑functional meetings and build working relationships with related teams.
