Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, is launching an Engineering Rotational Program in January and July 2027 across the United States. The 18-month program includes three 6-month rotations, pairing you with mentors to accelerate hands-on learning and career development.

You will engage with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive testing, design verification, process improvements, and documentation across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree or alternative program.
• Internship/Co-Op/Work Experience in Engineering
• Must be willing to move every 6 months to a new location
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within engineering efforts and execute testing.
• Generate models, engineering changes, and update technical documents.
• Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing and quality teams as needed.
• Participate in design verification activities to meet customer needs.
• Develop and modify elements of new processes.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and build relationships with related teams.
