Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, offers an 18-month Engineering Rotational Program with three 6-month rotations across the United States. The program targets early-career engineers to gain broad experience in engineering and determine a specialty, pairing each rotation with a supervisor and mentor.

Participants will work on projects, testing, and process development, with exposure to manufacturing and quality teams and opportunities to advance within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering degree or equivalent program.
• Internship/Co-Op/work experience in engineering.
• Must be willing to relocate every 6 months to a new location.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering efforts by leading projects and testing.
• Generate models, engineering changes, and maintain technical documents.
• Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Participate in design verification and ensure design/process meets customer needs.
• Develop and modify elements of new processes.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and build relationships with teams.
