Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, is seeking Rotational Engineers to join our team in January and July 2027 at locations across the United States. The 18-month program offers three 6-month rotations, pairing you with a supervisor and mentor to accelerate learning in manufacturing, testing, and process improvement.

You'll contribute to design verification, process development, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining exposure to multiple engineering areas.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering degree or related program.
• Prior internship/co-op/work experience in engineering preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate every 6 months to a new location.
• Eligible for full-time employment in the United States by Summer 2027.
• Must have legal US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering efforts by leading projects, executing testing, generating models, and creating/updating technical documents.
• Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams as needed.
• Participate in design verification activities to ensure the design/process meets customer needs.
• Develop and modify elements of new processes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with various teams.
• Proactively seek information and build relationships with related teams.
