Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, invites applications for the 18-month Engineering Rotational Program with three 6-month rotations at various Phillips Medisize locations across the United States. Start cohorts in January and July 2027.

You will rotate through engineering domains, gain hands-on experience, and work under supervisors and mentors to accelerate your knowledge and professional network. This program is designed for early-career engineers seeking structured development.

Qualifications

Enrolled in an Engineering degree or alternative program.
Internship/Co-Op/Work Experience in Engineering.
Must be willing to move every 6 months to a new location.
Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support engineering efforts by leading projects, executing testing, generating models, engineering changes, creating and updating technical documents and more.
Provide technical support to engineering teams as well as manufacturing and quality as needed. This may include but not limited to design work, testing, document management, etc.
Participate in design verification activities to ensure design/process meets customer needs.
Develop and modify elements of new processes.
Participate in meetings with different functional teams as needed.
Proactively seek information and feedback on current assignment and build working relationships with related teams.
