Job summary

RTX's Aftermarket Development Program (ADP) is a two‑year, entry‑level rotational program within Pratt & Whitney's AMO organization. Participants complete three 8‑month rotations across engineering, quality, and operations at different U.S.

facilities, relocating to three sites and gaining broad cross‑functional exposure. On successful completion, participants transition into full‑time roles within one of RTX's aftermarket business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Engineering or related STEM major; degree by start date.
  • Willing to relocate to different U.S. locations every eight months for three assignments.
  • Experience presenting/communicating technical or operational data to stakeholders or leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three eight‑month rotations in engineering, quality, and operations at U.S. sites.
  • Interpret engine manuals and data, develop repair processes, and create work instructions.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions, lead root‑cause investigations, and ensure quality.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing execution, plan labor, schedules, and improve productivity.
