At RTX, our internships, co-ops and full-time careers provide an exceptional foundation to work on complex problems, advance your skills and create a safer, more connected world. Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, 185,000 great minds are united by purpose and inspired to make a difference solving the world’s most complex problems.

With our three market leading businesses, world‑class operations and investments in research and development, we offer capabilities and opportunity no one else can. Together, we push the boundaries of known science and find new ways to connect and protect our world. Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems and has been revolutionizing modern flight for over 100 years. Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.

The Aftermarket Development Program (ADP) is a two‑year, entry‑level rotational program within Pratt & Whitney’s Aftermarket Operations (AMO) organization. Program participants complete three 8‑month rotations, each focused on a different discipline: engineering, quality, and operations. Each rotation takes place at a different domestic overhaul and component repair facility within the U.S., meaning participants will relocate to three distinct locations over the course of the program. These varied site assignments are designed to provide broad, cross‑functional exposure and a deep understanding of how aftermarket teams collaborate to support engine sustainment. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are prepared to transition into full‑time roles within one of Pratt & Whitney’s aftermarket business units.
