BD is seeking high-potential individuals for the Climbers Leadership Development Program (CLDP) in Covington, GA, a 2.5-year rotational program across Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and more.

Participants gain leadership experience through five six-month rotations, with opportunities at other BD UCC locations; focus on project management, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to leaders across the business, preparing for long-term BD UCC careers.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering from a 4-year college.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Complete five six-month rotations across Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and more.
• Contribute to high-impact projects and develop leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and leaders across BD UCC.
