Job summary

BD is seeking ambitious graduates for the Climbers Leadership Development Program (CLDP) in the USA. The program offers five six-month rotations across Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and more, with opportunities at Covington, GA and other BD UCC locations.

You will gain broad exposure, leadership development, and hands-on project experience shaping medtech products. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and the flexibility to work in

Qualifications

• BS or BS/MS in Engineering from a 4-year college; preferred Biomedical, Electrical, Materials, Mechanical or Chemical.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Targeted start date in January or June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to risk management of new and existing products.
• Plan, execute, and document product development activities and VOC studies.
• Support GMP and GLP verification/validation activities and testing.
• Lead design transfer and implement manufacturing improvements.
• Plan market research and support marketing and sales activities.
• Provide regulatory and innovation support within rotational options.
