BD’s Climbers Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a 2 ½ year rotational leadership program designed to accelerate future leaders. Five six-month assignments span Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and a flexible rotation, primarily in Covington, GA with opportunities at other BD UCC sites.

Qualifications

• BS or BS / MS in Engineering from a 4-year college. Preferred majors: Biomedical, Electrical, Material, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
• Targeted start date in January or June 2027

Responsibilities

• Participate in five six-month rotations across Quality, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and a flexible rotation.
• Contribute to design history files, design verification and validation, and CAPA activities.
• Plan and execute Voice of Customer activities and user research studies.
• Lead market research planning and execution for New Product Development or Sustaining Engineering projects.
• Support project management activities and cross-functional collaboration across BD UCC.
